Job Description

Conduct site surveys, collect project requirements, and work directly with clients to clearly understand their needs, functional requirements, and project budgets.

Develop design ideas, concepts, and proposals, including 2D layout plans and 3D interior perspectives.

Prepare detailed interior design and construction drawings, including technical details, material specifications, and finishes.

Coordinate with related departments (MEP, QS, procurement, construction) to ensure the feasibility and constructability of design solutions.

Control and maintain design quality throughout the project implementation process; provide technical support and clarification during construction.

Participate in meetings with clients and provide design consultancy to deliver optimal solutions in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.

Research and stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and innovative solutions.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Architect / Interior Designer (preference given to candidates with experience in office, residential, hospitality, or commercial projects).

Proficient in professional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.

Strong design thinking with solid knowledge of materials, construction details, and interior fit-out processes.

Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under schedule pressure.
